Java Bean Decaf Espresso Blend (Swiss Water Process)

Roast level: Medium-dark, Java Bean Signature Roast

A blend of coffee from Peru and Sumatra that are decaffeinated using only water - no chemicals.

Nuts, ground cocoa, milk chocolate, malt and dried apricot with a medium body.

Roast level: Dark

A blend of coffee from Honduras and Sumatra

Thick and bittersweet with a hint of toasted marshmallow (not the stick it was toasted on). Dark chocolate, smoky with a solid structure, medium body and a full finish. Named after the beach area of West Seattle where Seattle's founding fathers first put ashore in 1851.

 

 

Ballard Blend

Ballard Blend is roasted to a crescendo of flavor with coffee from Peru and Honduras. Aromas of fresh ground cocoa with notes of caramel and spice. Features a medium-full well balanced body with a coconut finish.

A wonderful after dinner coffee.

A blend of coffee from Sumatra and Peru with a savory, earthy aroma. Mild berry and chocolate notes supported by full rich body and semisweet finish. Delicious.

 

 

Piper's Creek Blend

For those of you who prefer a lighter roast.
Roast level: Light

A blend of coffee from Guatemala, Honduras and Peru. This artistic roast showcases the sweet honey aroma and a clean light lemony acidity. Flavors of orange, spice and melon followed by a malty finish.

 

French Roast

Roast level: Very Dark, French Roast

A blend of coffee from South America and Indonesia are showcased here. Rich cocoa and spice with delicious smoky, sweet earthy notes. We need to stop and give our roasters a round of applause. It is not easy to dark-roast a blend of exquisite specialty coffees and still have the nuances permeate the wonderfully full, thick body of this coffee. Encore!
