Roast level: Medium-Dark

A blend of coffees from Nicaragua and the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. Featuring a big, full body (please pass the Bailey's) with delicious chocolaty, spicy undertones.

A blend of all African and Indonesian coffees that are decaffeinated using only waterÑnot chemicals. Balanced acidity and body, pungently sweet with a fruity complexity.

 

 

Alki Blend

Good morning! Perfect for your French Press or Cone filter

Roast level: Very Dark

A blend of coffees from Mexico and Peru.

Thick and bittersweet with a hint of toasted marshmallow (not the stick it was toasted on). Very full finish. Named after the beach area of West Seattle where SeattleÕs founding fathers first put ashore in 1851.

 

 

Ballard Blend

Fantastic for drip coffee, espresso or French press.

Roast level: Medium, Java Bean Signature Roast

A blend of coffees from Mexico and Sumatra that are decaffeinated at the Swiss Water Process plant in Vancouver, BC. Delicious and salubrious!

 

 

Sunset Hill Blend

A wonderful after dinner coffee.
Roast level: Dark, Italian Roast

A blend of coffees from Guatemala, Ethipoia, and Sumatra. Very bold and spicy, with pepper and cardamom notes supported by a thick rich body.

 

 

Piper's Creek Blend

For those of you who prefer a lighter roast.
Roast level: Light

A blend of coffees from Mexico and EthiopiaÕs Sidamo region. The artistic roast showcases this blend's high-toned fruit and acidity. It has a slightly floral aroma and a pleasant sweet finish. FYI Ð Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee.

 

 

French Roast

Some say there is nothing better for a French Press than this classic.
Roast level: Very Dark, French Roast

A blend of coffees from Mexico, Peru and Sumatra. We need to stop and give our roasters a round of applause. ItÕs not easy to dark-roast a blend of exquisite specialty coffees and still have the nuances permeate the thick body and semisweet roast flavor. Encore!
